At the begining, when the main character girl is out of her car, blocking traffic with the police and they see her vision with the car wrecks in real life, and she looks at a sign that says "NEXT 180 LEFT" what does that mean??

This is one of the signs...like the "Highway to Hell" aka you're gonna die on this highway. Anyways, 180 is a stronger sign as it refers to the first movie where the flight 180 was the one that exploded and started the whole thing.

The flight number on the plane that exploded in the first one was 180...I guess it means that since she had the vision she could save some people so they wouldn't be the next 180 where everyone died.

180 was the flight number of the plane that crashed in the first movie. i take it that it was a direct link between the first and second movie
