Ebay, BN.com....There are also hundreds of websites that sell that stuff. Just gotta search and find a good one. Llewellyn (I forget how to spell it) is a good publisher that has books on lots of different subject matter pertaining to magick and all.

As far as books, most big bookstores (Barnes & Noble, Borders) have spell books & such; look in the New Age section (you'll also find books about astrology & tarot, & other subjects along those lines.) As far as supplies, you're totally best off making your own because they have more power to them that way. For example, a staff, besom or wand could be made out of dead tree branches; a chalice could be a wine glass, or any glass for that matter; element representations could include salt or dirt, a candle (even if it remains unlit), a bird feather, and a seashell... The list goes on. Also, you could probably get crafty with items found at a Dollar Store!!
Oh! And as far as information goes, you can find a plethora of information on the internet. A good place to ask questions like this while interacting with other pagans would be covenspace.com (it's pretty much a pagan MySpace - if you sign up & would like personal assistance, search for Summer Sunshine* & leave me a message) :)
Hope that helps & good luck on your quest!!! :D

You don't really need much of anything to be wiccan. Most herbs are better and more potent if you pick them yourself. Honestly, at 14 you shouldn't be casting magic anyway, esp. if you are a beginner. Learn a little first. There are a number of groups on yahoo that can provide you with basic information, which it sounds like you need. Also, you can google wicca and come up with a lot of info.
Just remember, there is a lot more to wicca than casting magic. If power is the only reason you are interested, it won't work for you anyway.
