and the cam works fine on windows msn. Just on Yahoo msn it freezes up

could it be because of the other persons computer is slow? cause i have used it with another friend and it worked fine/

and it does not matter what time i use it, i tried it in the morning and evening and afternoon too. and my computer meets the requirments it needs...so i don't know why it is doing it.

Hi lovebird r,
It could be that all of that information from your web cam is so slow going through the connection or on a slower computer might be the problem. Was there a minimum system requirement? Maybe you're on a slower Internet connection, or perhaps the Instant Messaging server might be crowded with other traffic (are you doing this during prime Internet times?) and everything slows.

add some memory to your computer, or buy a faster computer!
