Yes, he lives here in Bangor. Specifically, at 47 West Broadway, between Hammond and Union streets. I'm giving this information out because it's public record at the Registry of Deeds, and all anyone has to do is look at the number on the gate.
Please respect King and his wife if you stop by for a photo of the mansion and do not go onto the property.
If you want to see a couple of his philanthropic efforts, check out Hayford Park, off Thirteenth Street (and essentially behind King's property). The public park is home to Shawn T. Mansfield Stadium (http://bangorinfo.com/Focus/focus_mansfield_stadium.html) and the Beth Pancoe Aquatic Center. King donated money to the city of Bangor for both venues.
