I would stay away from wearing a swimsuit top in public. I know that's not the answer that you wanted to hear, but unless the material of it is not swim wear like then I would say no.
This could also depend, however, on where you will be going. If your by the beach it would probably be okay with shorts or a skirt.
But to work or school ... I would still say no.

It would certainly look like a bathing suit top not a regular shirt. I would say throw a cover-up on over it.

No thats such a fashion dont and it will look like a swimsuit still lol, but a nice tank top is fine with jeans, or pretty jewlery, try www.abercrombie.com

No swimsuits should only be worn at the beach, no matter how cute, it just looks trashy.

Maybe to the beach or spring break party. If u do wear it, wear it will denim micro shorts or skirts

I always do in warm weather. I did a shoot for Newport News and I shot in some of my favorite tankini's.
I dont recommend if you are not tone in the mid-section :)

well it matters where you are, it is OK on the beach in Florida or in San Diego and la beaches, but its not cool just to wear out in public, makes you look scanky immature and uneducated. use commom sence when wearing it out in public

my opinion... i think it would look good, but depending on where you are/live and what you wear with it. you could wear jean shorts or a mini with it.
