That truely depends on you and the child and the situation. Does the kid always do what they say they'll do? Do you have to discipline them a lot? Who are they going with? What for? If your kid is not one to do something that would cause trouble trust your kid and if they are constantly in trouble maybe you should rethink their request. If you're just starting out you should give them a chance to earn your trust but it really all depends on if you were able to trust your kid before.

How old is the child? How trustworthy have they shown themselves to be so far? Where does this child want to go? And, with whom? For how long? You should be able to trust your child, it's everyone else that you should be concerned about. Would the child be supervised by another adult? Have you met everyone involved? How faraway do they want to go? It all depends on the age, who all is going, where, when, for how long, all those details.

Well it depends. If you trust that you've raised them right and can trust them in the outside world then yes but if you dont trust your parenting skills keep them home but not letting them explore the world can keep them from valuable learning experiences.
hope I helped

It honestly depends on how old he/she is, and how faithful your child has been in the past. If your child is a person who you know will follow your orders, then you sure can.
Good luck, I hope you make the right decision!

if you are confident about your parenting skills & how you raised your child and your child has never given you a reason not to trust them, yes.

You should raise your children to be honest and trustworthy first of all. But it depends on the age and where the kid wants to go. If they are old enough, you have to trust their judgement.

Trust is very important... it boosts the child's self-esteem but once in a while question him/her where they're going, with whom etc.

Yes, unless he or she has given you reason not to trust them in the past.
