In the U.S. I mean. (I know that in some countries, he can.) Just saw an item in the newspaper about a case like this and I cannot believe in this day and age, it's still being debated!

Rape is rape. It doesn't matter if you are married or not. There's no debate about it. The wife can press charges and have her husband prosecuted if she wants to.

A man should not rape his own wife. Raping simply means forcing his spouse to have sexual intercourse with him unwillingly. Eventhough, she is his wife and he knows every inches of his wife's body part, but any sexual intercourse activity should have the agreement from both sides which are the husband and the wife. In this situation, she can charge her own husband by bringing this case to the court. If he is convicted, he might be jailed. Good luck and take care!

A husband rapes a wife-
Thats a crazy life-
Wonder why they married-
Maybe a child she carried-
If he has to rape her-
She needs to rip the paper-

A man CAN rape his wife. She has the right to say NO, and he should respect it, if not then he can go to jail.

yes, lets say a women just doesn't feel like having sex for a few nights, and the man decides he doesn't care what she wants. So he just does it, that's force he just raped her, she said no.and no is NO

Hell yeah...when they are in a fight and he decides to punish her with sex when she begs no or says no then most assuredly it is RAPE.She's his wife not his victim.
