Hey now....I have to pluck mine to some degree....mainly to keep from getting that big wooly unibrow thing going on. O_O
But aside from that, my father's side of the family does tend to have these *really* bushy, pointy eyebrows. If I didn't pluck the longest ones (which can grow to nearly *two inches* if left alone) I'd look like Satan with the pointy, horn-like tips on the brows. Not to mention, some of those long ones at the ends can end up growing *down* into my eyes. Not good.
But I hear you on the over-plucked thing. ^_^ Only *some* women look better with the drawn-on, penciled-in eyebrow look, and it does look really girly on men who do this. And the raised dots? Men generally grow their hair out thicker, and that includes the roots and *skin* the hair grows out of....so plucking too much does more and *more obvious* damage.
Still, don't get too harsh...some of us have to do *something* so we don't look like Bigfoot....or the Devil. -_-
Thanks for your time!

Well, they could look like Andy Rooney's of 60 minutes. I know he's an old guy, but when I watch him all I can see is his eyebrows going all over the place. I just wish someone would do something with his eyebrows it drives me crazy. Then there is the unibrow. It drives me just as crazy. I don't care how great a guy looks, it is all I can seem to look at. I am all for whatever a guy has to do to take care of these problems, but I don't want him looking like a girl either.

I don't think there is anything wrong with them plucking above their nose to get rid of a uni-brow, but the plucked-brow look on men is totally queer looking (and not in a good way!)

Sometimes an eyebrow hair goes rampant and needs to be bit*h-slapped. I will trim them with a trimmer or just pluck it out if I'm not home.

I think it's fine when they are making 2 eyebrows out of one. However.I think they should'nt pluck to where they look like a girlie girl unless that's the point.

I have no idea but the guy on the show, I Love New York, I think his name was 12 Pack, he plucked his eyebrows and he was like an undercover gay guy so maybe the guys you see pluck their eyebrows are gay too.

I know I hate it. Most men in Puerto Rico pluck them alot, almost as thin as mine and mine are really thin. I wouldn't want to date a guy with thinner eyebrows than mine.

Yes, some of them do maintain their eyebrows, why i don't know. I guess it is a physical appearance complex. some of the HIGH maintenance men out there don't want bushy brows. I guess they are just trying to get more in touch with their feminine side. lol
