how is it affect blood sugars levels in insulin, epinephrine, and thyroxine???

A tumour on a gland does not increase the gland secretions but decrease them by exploiting all its nutrient resources. So, it affects the gland itself in such a way in inhibiting its activities!

A gland tumor or an adenoma is certainly a cause for a pathologic increase in hormone levels. The hormone is of course dependent on what gland is involved.
