Unless I have a tan, which is mostly in the summer, my skin looks dull. I want it to have more luster, more even toned without makeup. I wake up in the morning and I hate the way my skin looks. This is especially during the winter months. My skin looks pale and dry. I'm 29 yrs old.
I have tried Mary Kay- Microderm Kit , Patricia Wexler anti-aging kit, Aveda serums, basic moisturizers at night and during the day. But I have not seen any great results. CAn anyone recommend what I can do for my skin. I take a multi vitamin everyday. I just want nice skin, where I don't have to wear makeup(foundation) to get an even tone for my skin.

A multi vitamin everyday will help as well as fish oil. To get fast results try 100 % Pure Shea Butter.
Shea butter comes from Africa and is found along the West African Savannah region. Karite takes about 40 to 50 years to mature. It is an amazing skin-soothing agent for makers of soap, particularly when blended with lather-generating coconut oil. Shea butter helps increase local capillary circulation, which in turn increases tissue re-oxygenation and improves the elimination of metabolic waste products.

Why don't you try a series of professional microdermabrasion? At home kits like Mary Kay don't work on everybody and if you are not lucky to run into the perfect product for you, it will not work as you expected.
Professional microderma on the other hand has better results. It gently removes the top layer of your skin, buffing away dead skin cells and stimulating colagen production. You will notice results after the first treatment (softer, shinier face) and after the full series (6 to 10 treatments, depending on your condition) you will have a more even skin tone and texture.
Tall to your doctor and see if you are a good candidate, I am positive that microderma is the best non-invasive procedure against dull skin. I've tried it on my own skin and it worked better than I thought it would.
Hope this helps and good luck.

Drink lots of water, dont smoke, don't use to much hot water (It ages the skin), don't drink too much coffee ( It dehydrates) find a lotion that is good for your skin depending on your skin type. Pay a visit to a dermatologist and get some advice.Vitamin E is also good for the skin so is exercise. By the way certain people (Me incliuded) are allergic to aloe vera, if you use it try it on a small portion of skin maybe a part of your leg to see if it causes any allergic reaction.

You could always try Vaseline as a moisturizer after you thoroughly wash your face, then while your face is still damp then you apply a small amount of Vaseline to your face and you rub in evenly and you want to make sure that your face has a natural appearance, not greasy. It's inexpensive and you can also use it to remove makeup as well as an all over body moisturizer. It'll make your skin very soft...Good luck
