It sounds like you tightened the wheel bearings too much.

could be that the pads didnt seat properly. You should have replaced the pads at the same time. You may want to buy new pads, and have the rotors cut. Why would you spend all that money on nice rotors, and then not follow through with the pads. You could even check with brembo and see if they have any preformance pads to go along with the rotors, which would possibly improve your braking. Also check with brembo to see if the rotors should be cut.

the caliper is stuck and not releasing the brake all the way.
use lithium gease on the sliders or the brake wear clip is not installed right reinspect and check it. with the tire off apply brakes to reseat the pads and then spin the rotor to see if the noise is gone repeat as needed. also when you spin it look for the noise.

Did you service the callipers when you did the swap? Did you properly break in the new pads and rotors? Did you degrease the rotors?

Are the brake pads dragging. Is the caliper free to move.? Best take another look at them. Jack the car up and rotate the wheel and see if you can duplicate the problem.

i suspect the right side is whirring too - you just cant hear it on your side. all those holes are probably gonna do something. they are suppose to make turbulence.
