You have to prioritize. Make yourself a list of everything you need to get done during the next day. Now sort them in order of importance, and number them accordingly. When you get up in the morning, start with number one, complete it and check it off. Then move on down the list. Only allow yourself to play, fiddle-fart, or waste time after you've completed your daily list. That night, make yourself another list for the next day, and proceed the same way.
You could keep a dry erase board by your phone, and jot down tasks you may get from phone calls. I have a cell phone that has a calendar on it, and I set myself reminders days or even weeks in advance, of phone calls I have to make or appointments I've made. There are websites that can remind you of people's birthdays and anniversaries or holidays. Use technology to help you if you can. We pay big bucks for it, so we may as well get fill benefit.
If you are consistent, you will be able to train yourself. Nobody ever said it is suppose to be easy. Anything worth having is worth working for, and anything worth doing is worth doing right.

In my office just behind my chair there is a saying-" IF YOU
PLAN YOU GET THE RESULTS
THE CONSEQUENCES". If you do not manage time you will get the consequences.Generally we do not do certain things
which we do not like to do and give excuses that you do not
have time to do it.I do my TIME MANAGEMENT in the
following way:
1]Certain things I have to do which can be termed as my vocation. This requires a certain portion of my time.
2]Every month on the 1st I write jobs to be done. There will
be 10 to 15 items such as Shoe polishing.Cleaning of house
Arranging of papers,Reading a book,Write letter to friend etc
I consciously try to complete those jobs and if I cannot do
it I carry it over to the next month. This makes me conscious
of the pending jobs and forces me to spend my time
judiciously.

Make more time available for the important stuff.
Cut Off phones and text messaging
Stop fooling with the computer
Stop Playing Video Games
Stop Watching TV.
That should give you enough time for the important stuff and have enough time left over to get your homework done

Think more.
Right now you are on the computer, wasting time, I suppose. In a few minutes you may have to get up to go to the bathroom. When you get up, look around, is there anything that can be done on the way to the bathroom? Once there, is there anything that can be done, picked up, put in place?
It will keep you from having to do it later, and will save you time.

Keep a todo list with empty boxes next to the activities onthe list. This way you'll feel incomplete when you see that you have boxes unchecked. It pushes you go get things done, and quicker.

First, list the things that require your time, then remove the unimportant ones. Then try to put things together so you can do two things at one time.
You will find that you can deal with the time problem easily.
Good luck
