This is for all of those NCAAB fans that keep saying that college ball is better than the NBA!! I am still waiting for a game that is better than Dallas –vs. – Phoenix (that double overtime thriller)
Kobe alone is taking all the hype away from this college trash!!

NCAA is better by a long shot. NCAA is all about the game. NBA is all about the money. NCAA players would be far better than NBA if they didn't have to go to school. NBA players are always thinking, well, as long as I get paid, i don't care about anything else.
Anygame that is better than Dallas vs. Phoenix....
UNC vs. UCLA
OSU vs Georgetown
Army vs Navy
Badgers vs OSU
Badgers vs MSU
MIch vs Minnesota
Kansas vs Memphis
Oral Roberts vs. Florida State
I mean the NBA is too predictable. It's like you know that houston is going to lose to dallas. And that the Knicks are gonna get crushed by the Spurs. WIth College, anything can happen. Like if you look at any top 10 team, they've all had losses to nobodies. Off the top of my head. Missouri State beat Wisconsin 74 - 72.... College basketball is more thrilling because it's whoever has more to play for usually wins.. Baksetball is I play for money..... NBA has absolutly no spirit of the game. There isn't really anybody in the NBA that plays just to play and doesn't care about money. I mean, if I was good enough, I would play bball for less than 200k/ year. Yet D Wade makes like 3.5 mil a year. YOU DON"T NEED ALL THAT MONEY TO PLAY BALL!!!!
lol, I like that joke that some person cracked that the Lakers watched the Bruins and somthing about learning better defense.... good one, I'm a bruins fan too, but a badger fan aswell. And a UNC fan too, and no, I'm not a fair weather fan... My teams just happen to be good. Sure NBA has far superior talent, so one person will always stick out. NBA organization is kinda like the republican governemtn. the Good get better. and the bad eat up the bench space....

College trash?! WTF is wrong with you. These guys go out there and play with a passion for the game the NBA lacks. The NBA, let's see a bunch of thugs, no defense, all it is is a bunch of fake basketball. Yes there's some amazing moments in the NBA, but it is not more fun to watch than college. Seeing guys dive all over the floor, watching players work hard on defense, watching players execute team offense, that's what it's all about. The NBA is to basketball as WWE is to wrestling. It's entertainment, but it's not being played the way it should be.

NCAA is a lot better than the NBA because of the effort. Let's face it, NBA players already have all the money they need and don't give it a 100%. Because of this, almost no defense is played.
In the NCAA, players are playing to try to get attention and recruited. They know their time is limited so they try harder. Also, they represent a student body. In terms of excitement, I wonder if you paid any attention to the past games. I can name off 6+ games that came down to the last shot.

NBA players are highly paid athletes that were the best players on their college basketball teams.
College has some amazing upsets ever year that are far superior to the NBA.
there's no denying that!
the NBA is good, but college basketball has more going on, more teams, and more upsets than the NBA ever has.
And a lot of people just don't care about over-paid athletes

Why does it have to be one or the other? The NCAA playoffs bring sudden death win or leave games while the NBA is still in its regular season. The NCAA games have included some fantastic games including the Ohio State come back against Tennessee and the North Carolina comeback against USC. Sure there are great NBA games, but they won't have the immediacy that NCAA games have until May.

The NBA is crap and that is why they got their @sses handed to them in the olympics. Total BS league, No defense, selfish ball hogs more concerned about their thuggish image, stats and money than they are about their teammates and their cities.
The atmosphere of college baseketball is so much better. It is the way the game is supposed to be played. They best represent the game of basketball and should represent the US in the olympics, because it is obvious you can't get these overpaid NBA thugs to not embarrass with their selfishness.

For god sakes, a bunch of thugs running around playing no defense, no teamwork? You call that good sports. Kobe? didn't he bend some poor hotel worker over a chair cheating on his wife last year....yeah...great guy I'm sure.

I'm hoping the Lakers have been watching the Bruins in the tournament this year. It might give them some idea as to how to play defense.
BTW, I have been a Lakers fan since Elgin Baylor and Jerry West, and I have been following U.C.L.A. since the Wooden era.

of course the NBA is better. It showcases better talent. College basketball is only better if you attend a college, because you're actually part of that organization. Bias aside, it's obviously the NBA.
