It depends. Try writing a letter to the person expressing your feelings for him/her. Record great memories as well.

At this point you could mail the letter to that person, or dispose of the letter by burning it or throwing it away. Sometimes recording our feelings, and then "throwing" them away, free's our hearts and makes it possible to let go of the past. It is definitely hard to let go of loved ones and great memories. Go out and do something that will get your mind off of the situation. For me it's work. Luckily there is always something to do either at my place of employment or at home. The worst thing you can do is to sit around and dwell on the situation.

You escape. watch a movie, read a book, Take a walk, go somewhere else in your mind, dream of a land thats perfect for you without them in it. Try hard to forget.

Just move on and let go if you can't talk to them. Then how do you expect to see them. Good luck and move on

i know exactly how you feel it sucks just write something out all of your feelings on paper so what if you never mail it you can always go back and read it and at least you are getting all of your feelings out

if you have and address send them and old fashion letter. it's slow but it helps
