Any local print shop should be able to help you out. I'd get the yellow pages out and call some folks. Some printing houses send their stuff out, but you'll want someone who can work with you to design a unique one and print it in-house. If you're artistic, you may want to design your own and have them use your artwork... maybe save a little money that way, too.

If you're really good at the artwork, you can print them on a color laser printer.. but if you need them in bulk it will take a lot of time to cut them out and so on.

If you're not rushed for time, see if you can find an art teacher at a local middle or high school and let her assign the design to one of their classes.. you could make a relatively small cash donation to the class or department, and present the winning designer with a gift certificate to your shop, maybe. Sounds like a win-win situation to me.

A lot of boutiques here in California and some I've seen in NYC, buy handmade paper, and use that.

I also thought of doing artwork in the past, then printing it on business cards to be used as price tags.
