Oksana is a BEAUTIFUL name for a girl!
It adds a sense of exotic-ness.
I know I'm gonna spell this wrong, but there's a famous ice skater named Oksana Baiul.

I have a friend named Oksana. Her name is unique so whenever someone mentions it, we knew who the person was talking about. Complex names are not stupid, their exotic!
