Can you guys give me a good website that will show me some exercises I can do routinely to build muscle through out my whole body?
Or if you guys have your own routine tell me what it is along with a description of how to do each exersice.
I am a skinny male and I just want to get bigger and stronger throughout.
Although I want a strong upper body I dont want to be on of those people who have a really big upper body and chicken legs.
Your help is really appreciated

Well, I had the same problem at the beginning of the year, however, I was overweight with little arms. I grew up playin basketball which helped tone my arms, so I had little growth. But now my arms are bigger than ever and they grow rapidly. First, What I did was start on protien shakes. DONT DO THIS WITHOUT WORKING OUT!!!! You just get fat. I also take creatine. Basically the protien helps promote muscle growth/expansion while the purpose of the creatine is to speed up the recovery of muscle tearing. The only way to bulk up is to tear your muscles, only slightly that is.

So now that you know what I take, you can either do it the all natural way, or with supplements, either way, with the routine I do, you will get results.

I go to a gym. If you dont have a gym to go to I would recommend menshealth.com they give all sorts of useful tips to gaining power. I do sets workouts. I lift biceps/triceps/pecs/shoulders in one night, and my lower body and abs the other night. I cycle every other night with a break once every week. I normally do abs that night hard! Abs are the only muscle that you can constantly rip everynight and not worry about muscle loss.

My routine is as follows:
6 pullups, 6 dips, 6 curls each arm. rotate throughout, 3 sets.
remember to lift the heaviest weight you can do without straining to maximize your pump and reach your goal.
Then its off to bench press I do 3 sets of benchpress followed by 3 sets of butterflies to help pump up my pecs. I then do 3 sets of tricep extensions(dumbell behind neck and push straight up) then 3 sets of front tricep extensions (hold the dumbell in front of you and slowly raise the arm straight in front of your body and hold then slowly lower down) These exercises also impact the shoulders and upper back too...killing 2 birds with one stone. But if you dont feel your getting the pump you desire, pushups added should help. There are many variations with those and like I said menshealth.com will give you those.

On my legs, I normally do squats, forward lounges, then at the end I put heavy dumbells in my hands and jump as high as I can, this will def rip those legs.

Remember, not everyone is the same and that you should figure out what works best for you. You need to keep those reps down in numbers and increase your weights to gain muscle. If you can wear a back support belt, cuz the last thing you need is to injure yourself and throw away all the work you have put in. So, If I can help anymore I will be more than happy to help. Work hard, nothing comes easy, give it time too, and eat as much protein as possible, but drink plenty of water so your kidneys aren't overworked. You can do it, I started the year at 300lbs, I am ripped and dropped 100lbs, anything is possible if you work your *** off!! Here are some good websites that helped me find the workout I want:

You're an ectomorph.
I have a routine I do every day and I'm a hard body. I'm what's called a mesomorph. I would suggest looking up Pavel Tsatsouline (Evil Russian) I use his principles from a book I have called, 'Power to the People' I suggest buying it, reading it and heeding it. DO IT NOW! In the beggining's of my workouts and at the ends, I run. I hit the bag for 4 to 8 runds before my last run. I lift weights, Russian (also Bruce Lee) style before I hit the bag.

nope i don't know of any
but my husband was a competitive body builder for y25 years

and he did chest, shoulders ,back ...one day
then legs he next.. 6 days a week
he ate every 3 hrs... tons of tuna , protien drinks and bars
never won anything but always came in the running
second, third etc 9 ( still in the money) never made worse than 3rd place

more reps at competition time... heavier weights on the building time

absolutely no dairy... it retains too much water

I suggest a Thug Workout. You won't get really big but you'll be toned all over. Best thing about this workout is you won't be needing any weights except your own body weight. Go to the playground and start using the bars. Do chin ups, abs, pushups, hammer etc...Check it out..

sometimes it is a good idea to just stick with the basics and develop your own routine try running every other day up hills one day and distance the next do push ups in reps like run for 5 Min's and then do a rep of push ups or run and do some sit ups it is all in how built you want to be and in what way over all tone will depend on you and how dedicated to being fit you want to be just keep up with it change it out sit ups/push ups/curls/pull ups/running what ever just stay with it and keep it fresh don't do the same stuff every day and always stretch before and after
