When an entire sentence is typed with caps-lock on, it means you're SHOUTING.

It does.........but once in a while I am typing and I FORGET CAPS LOCK IS ON.......and I just don't feel like going back to fix it ! LOL

no it doesn't bother me, people will type however they want, as long as i can understand what they are saying it doesn't matter!

It usually just means that someone's trying to get your attention, but if they're not, then it's pretty easy to ignore.

Only if they do it FOR EVERY SINGLE WORD IN THE SENTENCE OR IF THEY LEAVE IT ON THE ENTIRE TIME.

I only use it in order to put EMPHASIS on certain WORDS but don't just let it stay on.
