my friend want to chat with me she is in Haiti how can I do

I have a friend , we communicate either by Skype
skype.com
or Yahoo messenger..

The problem in Haiti, the Internet speeds are not that fast.
People there are connected by Satellite dish, and clouds affect the connection

Easy, I recommend AIM, Aol Instant Messager. There is also other ones like Google chatting and stuff.

Well, does she have internet? If she does, then you can email or instant message her. If not, you can call her or write to her.
