Actually in most cases not getting enough sleep will cause you to gain weight due to the way lack of sleep depresses your metabolic rate.
It is however possible that you are eating less due to not sleeping, which is rare, or it is messing with your system in ways that I cannot answer properly over the internet, but could be something as simple as increased indigestion or other fairly normal reasons that go along with the lack of appetite.
