It's clear glass and I make sure I rinse it out well after the flowers have died. But it still has whitish build-up and it really detracts from it's beauty. Any suggestions?

Home remedy is white vinegar in the vase and let it stand for a couple days. Otherwise the stuff they use for bathroom tiles and showers.

Try vinegar, fill it up to where the stain is, let it sit for a few hours and rinse. If that doesn't work try CLR it is a commercial mineral deposit remover.
