how is medcine going to be like in the future? any predictions?

what is a lung specialist called?

can you tell me the courses we have to go thru?
like first, pre-med, then secondly what are we going to take and thirdly? including housmamship and all those junk. (in malaysia)

is it better to go to an international uni or just a local one?
