trouble uploading pictures to web store?

I am trying to upload pictures to my web store, but when I click the link that should take me to the screen where I can choose the location of the pictures (on my hard drive) the screen is blank. I have done this on my work computer and not had this problem, so I am assuming it is something with my personal pc. Any ideas? The screen prior to my trying to choose new photos to add works fine and shows the list of pictures I had previously added. Hope this makes sense

It is most likely a java script that is opening up the Open dialog box, and something is not just right. You may want to go to sun.com and re-install java
