I've had undereye bags since the middle of September, they haven't gotten any worse. I used to get enough sleep but I slept with my face down, no pillow. Ever since I got them they won't go away because I got so worried and paranoid about them. I've never had this problem. Suggestions on health and home remedies.

Hemerroidal ointment can reduce under eye bags, but don't get any IN your eye.

Olive, I don't know of any way to make those dark circles disappear. I have been told by friends that they are there to stay. However, you can lessen the color by just getting enough sleep. I was also like that last year, when the dark circles were really evident. This year, I have put on a little weight, just a little, and also gotten myself adequate sleep, and the circles have lessened in color.

i used to have that problem but i found that it was because i wasn't moisturizing enough. a little bit of facial lotion or moisturizer will help a ton. Or sleeping with a gel mask over your eyes. I use mary kay's eye firming lotion. You just use a tiny bit under the eye it helps. Drink a ton of water. water is the key to skin beauty. I started moisturizing and drinking water and now my skin looks really good and it got rid of acne too.

Get more sleep, that's all you can really do, try tea bags on them. Basically, get to sleep. It's not only giving you bags under your eyes, but you are hurting yourself physically when you do not get enough sleep. Good night and go count some sheep ....LOL.......Good luck to ya.

WATER...DRINK LOTS.

Of course Sleep....duh..haha

Also, you may have a food allergen that is causing the bags too. If you notice a trend when the bags seem worse after you eat certain foods, you may have an allergy to them..ie..milk, wheat..etc

Bags are a sign of not enough sleep or sometimes lack of vitamins and protein

Preparation H shrinks the skin. This is not a joke. Use the cream type, not the gel.
