The blame should not only be laid on their shoulders. The entire nation has to take its share of it, too. We keep wanting more and more, it seems. When would we be satisfied? The same goes for the rest of the world, as a matter of fact. Man has to put the brakes and set limits now otherwise we cause our own destruction.

Depends on what you mean by a 'whole new level'- the Roman emporor Caligula murdered much of his immidiate family and was a much more corrupt leader than Bush or Cheney. Hitler was pretty bad but Bush has sunk that low yet, probably because he isnt able to.

Bush and Cheney are just unlucky. I don't think Reagan and Bush Sr. were any less corrupted than Bush and Cheney. Ask the Iranian and central American countries back in the 80s.

Tax cuts for the very rich, secret meetings with the oil company's, war in Iraq for personal gain. Oh yeah, corruption being exposed weekly and sometimes bi-weekly. Yes they have met or exceeded all my expectations.

They could never begin to match Bill and Hillary. I have more stupid answers about Mickey and Minnie, but, despite your admonition, I decided to go with my smarter answer. BTW do you think there are professional political opinions expressed here? Now that is not smart. I hope you recover from your sensitivities (a product of the PC revolution where others are responsible for your feelings and how you handle them)..
