I am a distance runner that has trouble eating a lot of food. Some people's stomach never seems to have a bottom while if mine is even close to full, I start feeling sick. So I burn too many calories running as far as I do plus I have trouble renewing those calories. What is the best way to gain weight while still being active?

I already try to eat high calorie foods like mcdonalds and the like even though it is not healthy, but even then i still dont gain weight. At times I run 60+ miles per week and on average, people loose 100 calories per mile. If you do the math, I would have to eat thousands and thousands of calories just to match what I'm running. Then add to that the calories I burn through everyday life. I just turned 19 so my metabolism is still crazy so what do I do?
