A great product is Zout. It gets out everything! If not try some dishwasher detergent as it does a pretty good job on tumeric stains.Pour some of the liquid on the stains and let set for 1 hour, rinse. It also works on hands use as you would soap.

Lestoil works wonders on tumeric stains, too. Wet area; pour on some Lestoil; work it in. Let it sit for 15 minutes and rinse with hot water.

Use soap for your hands. That should do it.
For the counter use an all purpose cleaner and that should give you satisfactory results.
For the blender use a strong dishwashing cleaner and it should at least make it clean. If you are very particular you can dip it in diluted bleach for a while and that should get rid of the stain.
