Ok well I searched around and this is what I found:
http://www.edressme.com/dresses3642.html
(not strapless, but has the high side slit that is similar)
http://www.edressme.com/dresses10617.html
(pink not red, but it is strapless and has the side slit)
http://www.dresses.com/order/9107.html
(another one, not strapless, but shimmery and low cut in the back like Jessica Rabbit)
http://www.promgirl.net/promdress5775.html
(not strapless, but wow and the shimmer, and the corset style top)
http://www.serendipityprom.com/lindsey10466.htm
(strapless with a side slit, though it does have the netting on the midrift)
Well I don't know if you like any of the ideas i found, another option if take a print out of the dress in a view different angles and take it to a dress maker and get the exact dress you are looking for! Good luck, have a good time at the party!

I was Jessica Rabbit for halloween one year! Mine was a cheap red sequin dress from Goodwill. But here's some internet options. Hooray for sassy red dresses!

have you tried Ebay??? Even if it doesn't fit perfectly, you can always have it tailored to fit perfect, if the style is right.
