I agree with the answers listed:

Bellagio (classiest)
Venitian (best decorated)
Cesaer's (old school cool)
THE Hotel @ Mandalay Bay (chic)
Wynn (priciest)

All the newer hotels on the strip have something that makes them unique and special, but a standard room is a standard room no matter where you go. If you're looking for the most exquisite rooms then Skylofts at MGM, THE Hotel @ Mandalay Bay, the or one of the suites at the other hotels. Depends on what you are looking for in a hotel.

Steve Wynn has built the most exquisite casino in las Vegas... and it is called The Bellagio.

Depends on your taste. The Wynn is exquisite - but a little too flowery. Same for Belagio. A little to ornate for my taste. Mandalay Bay is more modern or contemporary. Venetian is very elaborate. Paris is probably not in the same class as those already mentioned, but it's probably my favorite. Mirage is classy as well.

I'd go with Ceasers Palace. It's got shopping, The Cheesecake Factory, an aquarium, exotic cars, and is beatifully decored. But when your here make sure to check out the Bellagio's Botanical Garden.

Its a toss up between The Bellagio & The Venetian. The Wynn isn't bad either.

Bellagio is the most well known.
Wynn is the most ridiculously expensive hotel.
Venetian has the best ceiling art.
Caesars Palace is basically the only 'old school' remaining.
but once you've seen one, you've seen them all.

The Venician has nothing but suites. It is as beutiful as the city itself. The outside and the inside has a majestic feeling.
