As much as I find the question pointless, on applications/surveys, it is sometimes asked what race you are. What do people from Spain pick? Even more so, what about the people from Portugal?

Generally, do they pick [White] or [Latino] or something else?

Most forms/applications actually ask for one's "race" first, and then for whether one is of "Hispanic origin" as a yes/no question. So for the second, the typical Spaniard's answer would be yes...for the first, depends on the Spaniard, most common would be "white."

They should pick Hispanic/Latino/ but then you're going to find, are you white hispanic, or black hispanic. That makes no damn sense to me. ...... No such thing. We are mostly indian and white, except for a few places.
