Not at this time. The internet will not be developed until 2012. Until then we have to continue using the US mail to communicate.

I guess you meant "hasn't" in which case, the answer is yes.

My grandmother (77), great aunt (80), and great uncle (85) are all internet-free. Certainly there are many young children who haven't used the internet too. In this era, though, it seems that virtually everyone between 7 and 60 would either use the internet at home, work, or the library. Many functions now must be completed on the internet and it's impossible to avoid it!

I've heard about this Internet thing, are you thinking it might catch on? I'm sitting back waiting to see which direction it goes before getting too involved. No one I know has gone near it yet.
