Is there any way I can wipe my computer out.. with out the cds?

Please help me do this.... the only problem is that I don't have any cds to this computer

Wiping out all the data is easy .... but if you have no Cd's with Windows what is the plan after that ?

To "wipe out" the hard drive use this free tool :

All you have to do is open My Computer,
cl the icon for C: just to highlight it
cl File
cl Format

Now you have an empty hard drive and probably a green screen.

You will have to buy Windows -- whatever version your PC will support.
