Where can I get those animated text messages?

People have sent me so many animated text messages but have no idea where to find them. Does anyone know? Please help!!!!!!

If you have Cingular, go to cingular.com and then go to "Shop" Ringtones and more. Then on the right side, there is this thing called "Veepers" which is the anomated text that you are refering to
