Can anyone give me PROOF that Global Warming isn't occuring?

How is it liberal propaganda?

I don't want to hear things like
"Al Gore is fat"-(Fox News)
"It is liberal propaganda"- Multiple people
"Liberals just want money"- Multiple people

I wan't an educated argument.

Good luck.

Chainsaw:

If you believe anything Glenn Beck spews, you are a complete idiot.

I have see all of his shows on global warming, and I can't believe you think one bit of it is scientific.

The trends are there...

If you would actually educate yourself about it, you would find that we are somewhat soon going to be warmer than any heat spell in the long history of the planet.

That was an example of an idiot answer I was hoping people would avoid.

pusherhombre:

Like I said, calling Al Gore fat isn't a case against global warming.

Neither is talking about other liberals using power.

Just because someone uses power, doesn't mean they don't believe global warming is real.

At least they are doing their part to educate the world.

Youre a complete dumbass!

Wow, good luck with that.

They should also explain why Bush addressed global warming in a speech on June 11, 2001 and said it was something we should be concerned about.

"Climate change, with its potential to impact every corner of the world, is an issue that must be addressed by the world."

Those are HIS words.

So if global warming doesn't exist, that proves Bush is a liar.

Ask them to address that.

1. Statistically, we cannot conclude anything. We have hundreds of millions of years of data. We have a few hundred years of recorded temperature data. The margin of error is so large, any change is statistically not relevant.

2. How did we get out of the last ice age? Global Warming. Then we had some cooling. The whole thing is out of our control.

3. When the tsunami hit in Indonesia, a city that had been underwater for a long long time was discovered when the water recessed. What caused the sea levels to rise? Nothing humans did.

4. How can anyone give any credence to this when no one can predict weather more than 14 days in advance, yet alone decades.

You can watch the specials Glenn Beck has done on CNN for more scientific information.

There is no proof that Global warming does exist and if it exists which personally i believe has still not been fully decide among the scientific community, cause for everyone one that says it does exist there is one that says it doesn't. I think it is possible, but I do not believe it is man made and I think that we give ourselves more credit than we deserve when it come to trying to destroy a planet that has been able to withstand many things greater than the human race. If it does exist and is Human caused than a pompous idiot like Al Gore should be more concerned about the planet than his so called carbon credits. I love how when it comes to democrats that they think the rich and well to do have more rights than anyone else on the planet. I also like how Al gore can tell someone who disagrees with him that they are not scientists when he isn't one either.

Adsolutely global warming is happening. After all the average temp.during the last 50 years has risen all of .07 C. wow, the end is near. Just ask the dinosaurs, they were wiped out by global cooling. Refer back about 40 years, when the same enviromental so called scientists were all screaming about the coming ice age.
P.S. No, Al Gore is not fat - he is a fat phony. Do as I say, not as I do.

your absolutely right. There is no proof that says it DOESN'T exist (Global warming). However, there is proof that it DOES. Warmer summers, warmer fall and spring, colder winters in warmer area's,hence the snow in Arizona, Nevada, and California; and the warmer winters in the colder climates, hence record breaking temperatures in Ohio, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, and Indiana. Is all of that supposed to be by chance? Yeah... I dont think so. Were killing our environment and the only people who care get called "Fat" and "a little strange" or a "hippie".

Heres an interesting fact... General Electric, one of the largest aircraft engine producers, claims that the furute of this great economy rely's on inovation and creativity. General Electric has created more eficient aircraft engine's that burn 40% less fuel and generate 80% less pollution. why?? Because they know!! Why else would they put so much time and effort into it? because of fuel prices? I doubt it...

Wake up America! Its time for everyone to do there part.

My AC is set at 78F during the summer and 70F in the winter. I think everyone should do the same.
k im done rambeling... =)

Here is the EDUCATED case against Global Warming:

A.) Al Gore is fat. That is An Inconvenient Truth.

B.) It is liberal propaganda. The movie that nobody saw won an Oscar, did it not?

C.) Liberals really do just want money. Remember Al Gore and the Buddhist Temple?? Remember Nancy Pelosi's plane? How many houses does Al Gore own? Do you think he will get paid and be remembered if he didn't make this stuff up?

Also, CA just had its second coldest winter on record. Where's the warming trend? Denver airport was shut down for several weeks. Was it because it was too hot in Denver?

Apparently global warming does exist on Earth as it does on Mars and did when the glaciers retreated. The question is if we puny earthlings caused this (on Earth or Mars) and if we puny earthlings could or should do anything about this. There are scientists who don't agree with the PC movement and are ridiculed and shunned in your spirit of open discourse. Computer models are not scientific evidence of trends. Ask a weatherman what the weather will be in 3 weeks. I'm looking forward to warmer weather even though liberal media will sell more of their products with drowning polar bears, etc..

Here's an educated example:I live in 'Australia';'autumn' began-still 40 degree (more than 100) beach weather in 'Fall'.By this time of the year, people are wearing jackets, starting to buy winter clothes etc.
Today is our first non-beach day, when it's also not steamy, although rain is far more occasional.
In a week,it will be 'April'.If we have continuing hot, sunny, dry weather,I'm completely convinced that 'Global Warming' is happenning now.I live in 'Sydney',which is about the same as 'Oregon'.
I'm not far from believing it,fully.

You can't really prove anything. But just about every legitimate scientist agrees that global warming exists and that it is at least partially man-made. The ones that claim otherwise are almost all being paid by coal, oil, auto, or heavy industrial lobbies. But here's the question we should ask. How does cutting pollution and oil consumption hurt us? Pollution is already responsible for increases in cancer, emphysema, allergies. And our demand for oil is a huge factor in our war on terror and the war in Iraq. The cost of reducing emissions would be more than offset by lower health care costs and fewer wars.

You can't prove a negative...in other words, you can't prove that Santa Claus doesn't exist. However, I'm not a scientist but I certainly don't discount the possibility. It would be unwise to stick our heads in the sand just because Al Gore is "fat."

No reasonable (adult) conservative denies global warming, friend.

We only question the reasons behind it, and how much is human caused vs. natural occurrence.

And before you get testy, even the Democrats Congressional Study Group (of world renowned scientists) hasn't presented THOSE findings yet. Let's wait to debate this when the facts (as known) are on the table.
