I think Google Maps is the easiest. Just enter the coordinates. You usually don't have to worry about the formatting because it understands most latitude and longitude formats. You can see either a street map, aerial view, or both.

use the teraserver! I think the URL is www.teraserver.com but do a google just in case. It has a world wide map and you can enter a lat. Lon. location to get a view of where it is.
