You just proved to me that you've never been to an Arab country...because Arabs actually have water hoses attached to every toilet to WASH their ***....we WASH not WIPE....which is 100 times more hygienic....you idiot...it's a religious issue....a$$es have to be washed..(it's not a choice)
every bathroom here has a hose or another seat which is made for cleaning or a little hole inside the seat that cleans your ***... but how would you know???!....
Arabs are known from hundreds of years ago to be more hygienic they were the first to make soap.....

And, in the middle of the desert you are likely to find loo paper ....where?
You do realise that you are commenting on thousands of years worth of social habit and behaviour.
Apparently, and as I understand it, 'that Arab hand' is NEVER used to feed yourself with ~ amongst other things.
Why spend probably any traditionally hard to come by currency on something that you are simply going to 'throw away'?
But then, I've got a digital camera that suddenly no longer works. And the cost of repair (if it can be found!) is likely more expensive than the purchase of a new and more efficient camera. So, the answer is to 'throw it away.'
Western man has an odd mentality that is based on some flawed thinking and traditions which in many circumstances are costly and not really necessary (and Bad Habits, particulary in relation to 'toilets.')

As the hand can be washed properly and most of them refuse to spend cash on a bit of paper that covers the fingers and is chucked in the toilet.
The only hand they use is the left one. To offer the left for a handshake is a great insult.... as it is considered unclean. That is why they cut off a thiefs RIGHT hand... no choice!

The culture of the Middle East may not accept the use of loo paper. You should therefore tolorate this behaviour when you are within their territory.

Remember not to shake hands with them either! It is a learned behavior. The same as were were taught to wash our hands after using the toilet. Or wash our hands before we eat. It truly shows how different our customs and cultures are with the Mideast.

Well, let me ask you, don't you think this is a very biased and stereotypic question? Is it right to generalize like that?
