If you have greatly wronged the person you love, how do you get them to forgive you and take you back?

Either they forgive you or they don't. You can send a token gift, and express your sincere remorse, but the choice is theirs. Painful truth, I know, but it is one that set me free years ago.

Common Sense is partially right. As often as not, the person you "greatly wronged", will not be in any mood to forgive you. The best you can do is try to make them believe that you are very remorseful and will do anything to make it up to them.

it isn't that someone can't forgive u, usually they are afraid of getting hurt again. they are afraid of more rejection, so usually they won't let u back in their heart. but if it were me, i would try to let that person know that i knew what i did hurt them, i would show alot of remorse, and show that person by my actions that there was a change in my behavior. usually once bitten people won't go back to it, just because of fear, because they feel they can't trust that person anymore. trust has to be re earned again, and it does take time. go to them, honesty is key, don't downplay your part in it, or try to cover up what was done. but also be prepared to be rejected at first, but if u love them, don't give up, unless they are with someone else, and have begun a new relationship, because once this happens there really isn't any purpose in trying once that happens.

the philosophy i have always lived by is this. If you've f**ked someone over, never, never trust the person you've wronged ever again for as long as you live. if you feel that you love that person you've wronged and put your trust in them again, they'll get ya back. sooner or later. it's not a question as to whether you can be trusted again, you know, it's a matter of placing your trust in someone you dissed. nah. not me.

she had an affair for almost a year,.... never a confession until I confronted her..

Even now when she boils it out, she only has the pure lust and the fun of the deceit to explain herself.. then she wants forgiveness... her remorse came from me telling her about his total despise of her human side and only wanted the power over another with an ATM slot like a Steppard Wife,... She quit him,... so now we are back on honey..! "THINK NOT, Dear.." But, God has forgiven me.. you can not deny me if God doesn't... I am not God,... I am Tim, and I am mortal and you have robbed me of my wife. The person who stands before me had a torrid love quest with a punk that wanted her money and baby-talk in a cheap hotel..
Where was the face I loved for those years..? Who was she now..? She was not who I knew, the glow the Aura around her dimmed and was dying, it is all but dead now... Just forgive and forget Tim...... I have heard those words spoke from the woman that sexed a man while she deceived me and used those lips and tongue in the rudest of ways 17 times so she says... Would you hug it and kiss it with forgiveness.. she didn't want forgiveness until I saved her from his eventual beatings.. He had a police report already, she read it to him, they both laughed about it... Is it me that needs to forgive or the three previous wrecked lives and marriages he had before her.. Were was the compassion for his wife, yes he was married. That didn't stop her.. he had kids from his multiple broken homes he created.. his wife took them and cared for them while he and her sexed themselves... Where was the concern about them.. She is a professional in the Heath field, Never asked this promiscuous man to wear protection.. no concern for me at all just disdain total disdain...

If it were possible to be perfect, there would only be one of us. Why need billions of a copy...

Then again maybe all is true and there was only one Adam. And as all we know when you make a copy of a copy it is less perfect each time until it is worthless...! I am going overseas to discover humanity in the poorest of country's from an individual who never watched a TV show yet seems to have more wisdom than-all the TV I've watched, how did this come about,..?

In her wanting lust for him she came home with a trickle of guilt and said Tim sign up for one of those dating services with overseas girls. wont that be fun while I am out, and not around... She supplied her own demise right to the end or ending.. Who is to kiss her face and love her being now.?
