I have been married for 5 years, and together for 10 years. I have completely fallen out of love with my husband to the point i moved out of the house. I would love to be with my husband but i have no physical attraction for him- I see him more as a buddy (due to no sex in 18 months). Is there a way to fall back in love, or is it even possible--is it true when u are out of love there is no hope for a reconnection??

When there is a will, there is definitely a way. Why don't you plan something different that will add spice in life? Look for positive things. Travel is another very good option to make things interesting. It happens in married life when you enter an air pocket. Just do something together. Take care of your figure. May be both of you could join a venture that is challenging.

Anything is possible. Often, we get complacent after a bit of time, and it takes work to keep a relationship going - but it has to be an effort from both, not just one. When we take each other for granted, we get into a comfort zone and forget how to love. And it can be difficult to get our partner to wake up to the fact that things have become stale. But it has to start somewhere, maybe try talking about it - how you feel, and what you need emotionally -- there are also some good resources out there for you - take advantage of what you can, as long as you are willing to put the effort into it to get back what you once had. It likely won't happen quickly, and may not happen at all, but as long as you are willing, then the effort can be well worth it.

Yes i feel there is always a way and a hope of falling back in love even after ten years.... Get to know your husband all over again and date and have fun once in a while. Seek counseling and help if need be to learn how to love him all over again and talk to him and tell him how you are feeling and ask him if he would be open to getting marriage counseling and help with you to try to make this work. Good luck to you and i hope you can reconcile with your husband and that your marriage and love can be restored. You will be in my thoughts and prayers and here is a hug for you today.
