I know how to catch a football but i am not sure if u bring ur hands out and catch then bring it to ur chest or do u let it hit ur chest then cover ur arms around it to ur chest? Also, i want to learn how to catch a bullet? Anyone expierienced at this can help me please?

Stick your hands out and make a triangle with your hands then catch the front of the football like that. But try to grab the football with your fingertips and then pull it into your body. Some drills to help hand eye coordination is have someone throw knuckle balls at you with the football and practice watching ti into your hands. Also try standing behind a padded goal post and look around it and catch the ball with just your hands. Watch the great players like rice or Chris carter or Marvin Harrison. They catch with there hands then bring the ball down and tuck it away.

Ah, to catch the bullet you must watch the movie, "The Prestige" and all will be known to you. As for the football, the catching method depends on how it is thrown, you must be watchful of the ball at all times and clasp it firmly when it comes to you.
