You always hear from women how much they LOVE BEING WOMEN, how great it is to be able to manipulate people with their sex, have multiple orgasms, steal the kids from the dad, get free money from marriage, avoid the draft, have the easy choices handed to you because you are supposedly weak, you know, get away with murder basically.

But you never hear guys say how much they LOVE BEING GUYS. You hear most guys say they like guy things, or that they like sports, or that they like being responsible fathers. It is all about OBLIGATION and RESPONSIBILITY but never about getting away with things.

Question. We know women have it better than men. So why do women continue to pretend it is otherwise?

Is that what women say or you??? Sounds like your top paragraph has a decidedly bitter tone. I do like multiple orgasms I do not steal kids and I have manipulated before but nothing serious AND I have been manipulated also.

As to your question, I think women have it pretty good, (in US and Europe) I also think that men have it pretty good.

Your question obviously shows you have a problem with women. Women are inherently stronger than men and no they do not use their wiles and ways to get a mans money and children from him. Most men are so cocky while in court they think they have all the answers and try to be the tough guy. their attitudes are what does them in.
Most of my friend are the kindest gentlest people you will ever know; however cross one them and you will surely wish your were not breathing air on the same planet. Women and men both have the ability to feel good about themselves. Men are so afraid of ruining their image they hide it all inside and suffer greatly for doing so. A woman on the other hand lets it show on the outside and they remain healthier than men. If I was a guy, I'd have to have a sex change just so I could be happy and carefree without getting beaten up for being a pouf.

I guess since you're wrong on so many points that's why. I have never heard women say it's great to be able to manipulate men or get free money from marriage. What culture are you from? Most women work and if they're stay at home moms it's still not free money. There is no draft. Women have it harder because people still treat us like we're the weaker sex and try taking advantage of us thinking we're not going to stand up for ourselves or know better. We've proven we can work, buy our own homes and survive pretty well w/out needing to marry someone to survive. I'm sure you're just ranting and trying to cause trouble w/ this question but maybe you really don't understand w/ what we deal w/ on a DAILY basis. men are still in control in general in our society so how do you think we have it easy?

Hmmm...interesting.

I guess it's because guys have been able to get away with everything. They used to be able to deposit the sperm, and deny, deny, and deny their children...you see it on Maury all the time...the first thing out of the guys mouth is how many guys she's been with, even women do that...

Women have never been able to deny parentage...they have the baby, for goodness sakes...it has only been in the last few years that we have been able to get definitive proof of fatherhood...and until recently when fathers abandonded their children, the government as had to take care of the children.

...and as far as the manipulation with sex, I don't know where that's coming from unless you feel that you have been manipulated in that way. It is still guys that get pats on the back for the notches in his headboard, and girls are called names if they sleep with a lot of guys.

...and as far as free money from marriage, now you know that's a lie...look at K-fed.

...as far as the draft, I personally think that women should also be required to register...we want equal rights, well those rights come with responsibilities.

...and as far as the rest of the crap, get real and get really educated. Your rant sounds a little self-serving and kinda pathetic.

Only a dorky man would make a statement like you just made. If most women had a choice to come back to this world, they would come back as a man.
I have 3 children, a husband and a house. I work outside the house 55 hrs a week. I get up at 5:15 AM everyday....go to my job, work 9 or 10 hours then go pick up one child that isn't in school yet, go to the grocery store, get grocery's... walk into my house and head straight for the dirty clothes, throw a load in the washer, run upstairs and start supper. Then in between vacuum the carpets, pick up things...after supper and all things are put away, head outside and mow if its mowing season. Then its balance the budget...get one load of clothes out of the washer and put another in. Get things ready for the bigger kids for school the next day. Not to mention trying to get kids to school events and doctor and dentist appointments. At 11:00 PM I fall in bed and do it again the next day.
My husband comes home and waits for supper to be served and then sits in a easy chair and watches TV.
I rest my case!

There's pros and cons to being of either gender. You can't really say one has it better than the other in every case. I know guys that say they love being guys as well.

People never appreciate or value things that are easily handed to them.
Women have most things given to them or done for them.
Men, on the other hand, have to work and fight for what they
want, need, and get. Men appreciate and value things because those things demanded that a price be paid, and
they paid the price--even to win a woman who doesn't value
him because she's getting everything given to her.

Some people just aren't satisfied.

Also, there would be no need for women's groups if it were widely acknowledged that there's nothing to complain about.
