Why: He kicks major *** and played his role in destroying halo
Best Villain: Sephiroth
Why: Un-friggin-beatable! Especially on Kingdom Hearts!

Best Hero:
Vincent Valentine (Final Fantasy VII). He suffered alot at the hands of Shinra, yet only kills when he needs to and doesn't hate people in Shinra.
Best Villain: Hojo(Sephiroth's father, Final Fantasy VII) the dude was a real *** 0_0. He had an eminent scientist killed so he could take over as chief scientist for Shinra. He Experimented on his wife, unborn child , and anyone else he could get away with experimenting on . He thought he was superior to everyone else and that no one understood his work.

Best villain - Andrew Divoff from Wishmaster.... that voice is just too sexy.
Not sure about best hero, Legolas, maybe.
