The two cities are very far apart, upwards of 5,000 km (3,000 miles).
Victoria, B.C. is on the Pacific Coast, on Vancouver Island. Niagara Falls is in the Great Lakes area, almost the complete opposite end of the country.
A several days long car or bus ride, or several hours on a plane is the approximate travel distance.

Niagara Falls is in southern Ontario, in the eastern half of Canada. Victoria is in British Columbia, on Vancouver Island on the west coast. It's very far - you will need a plane flight or a very long bus trip to connect the two.

Oh boy! Yes - only a 3 hour plane ride. It's like going from Los Angeles on the west coast to New York on the east coast.

it's almost going from west coast to east coast of canada, but there are nice things to see around vancouver if u just take a ferry from victoria. There's the rocky mountains and some spectacular scenery there.
