My understanding is that he was much more articulate as governor of Texas. Why he has gone down hill is speculation... there are a lot of mental conditions that could account for it. It makes one really wonder if Cheney isn't the real president

I wouldnt rub this in too much. Hes stupid and thats 50% of his appeal to the Right so dont use their reason for loving the guy as an insult. As far as education I think they gave him all the degrees hes got including his Kindergarten diploma.
