spray, but make sure you cover everything properly. Make sure you do all the prework.

If your not a professional I wouldn't spray. The fastest way I was taught to paint interior walls would be: use a high quality 4" brush and a steady hand to cut the wall/ceiling in; use a 5 gallon paint bucket with an inside paint tray, a high quality roller (for the type wall and finish) and a pole extension (kinda like a mop or broom handle. After cutting your wall in roll from the bottom left all the way up to the ceiling then roll down alittle to the right to the bottom of the wall and then back up one more time, do this twice very lightly the second time then move to the next unpainted area on the right and repeat.

hire a professional painter, or the next best thing would be to purchase an airless paint sprayer that has a roller attachment..it's GREAT! No mess, very little dripping and extremely fast and professional looking
You can get a really good one for about $300 and it's worth every penny

Roller. Have a painting party! Invite all of your friends over and paint all of the rooms at once. Then when you're finished buy everyone pizza and beer. It's a fun time for everyone.

Paint bomb! Just kidding. a spray would be quick but you would have to cover everything unless you are going to lay new carpet and all trim is removed. otherwise roller would be less messy.

Have a "painting party" invite several friends and family members over to help, or rent a paint sprayer(Idon't know how fast that would be you might need to do a lot of prep work).
