George Bush is doing everything BUT the job he was hired for.... Oh and being an honorable leader, an honest leader, a humanitarian, a moral decision maker, etc. I couldn't think of someone who lies more, in more critical times.

Yes he is a very confused liar. If you take a look at all of his speeches he will accept reality every once in a while like when he admitted that there were no wmd's in iraq and then go right around and tell how important it was to stop hussein and his wmd's in his next speech. Its just basic double talk like what all politicians do its just he isn't very good at it. A lot of what is keeping people loyal to him is the idea that we must support the president no matter what his decision simply because he is the president. Realy wish people would forget suc foolsih ideas. This is no longer a monarchy. It is a democracy and has been for over 240 years. It should be the president that supports OUR beliefs.
Oh those of you who said things like bush being mislead about the wmd's by people who do lie should remember that these so called liars are also the ones that told him repeatedly to stop making these outrageous claims.

Get a dog. but this lying has gone too far and needs to stop he is believing his own lies as if they were the truth, he is confusing himself, thats why he choked on the pretzel

Bush could be a liar if he believed or had reason to nicely known there have been no longer WMD sufficient to be an coming near near threat to the US or to needed US national pastimes. The others could be cowards in the event that they knew Bush became mendacity and did no longer face up to the stress for concern of being painted as susceptible on protection. yet did Congress have the "same intelligence" as Bush, or did they see a glitzy persuasive presentation of cherry picked counsel that presented merely one factor. in case you're a phd you're able to have the skill to verify the logic of this. Can one rather think of this useful government shows all of his intelligence to Congress

EVERY president that ever was and ever will be was and will be considered a "liar" or flawed in someway . If one comes up to where that isn't considered the case by at least some people, than something's not right.

Unfortunately it must run in his family. Remember "No New Taxes"
I would classify the whole "Mission Accomplished" media hype a lie.
Whether he was misled by others close to him about WMD's or the War shouldn't matter, he is the president and he misled the amercian people.
The question should be, "What quantity of lie's is acceptable from any commander in chief?" :)

define liar? who in this world isnt a liar? all humans are liars by nature... even lying accidentally counts, so shut it, anyone hwho disagrees. but, he is no more a liar than any other politician. all politicians say some things just to get votes and stuff.... thats how it goes. thats one of the downfalls to democracy.... so, has he lied, yes, does that make him a liar, well, if you lie about some things, does it? if yes, then yes, he is, but then so is everyone else. if any single person is not ready to accept the fact that everyone makes mistakes, and everyone lies, then bush is god..... lol. due to the fact that everyone lies, everyone is a liar... (politicians more than others because in order to get a sit you have to lie) democracy is acctually based on lies, really. not thats its not good... but, if a politician didnt lie, would he get in? if someone ran for president, and their like "well, when i was 18 i started going to strip joints... i jacked off every tuesday, thursday, and saturday as a kid, and still do, cause my wifes a ***** and wont have sex with me... i once ran off a bridge with a car *cough* but my parents think someone stole it and put it in the river for me...." ect. has bush lied about some things, yes.... but in order to get into office, the peron will have to lie about something, because in the end, they arent god, and 50 percent of a population will not like them and vote them in if they dont..... politicians all lie equally, whether its bush, carey, cheney, gore (who by the way knows next to nothing about global warming! hes a gd politician, not a 'effing scientist! >.< ggrrrrrr!) all of them

absolutely not. he makes me a little sad. i think of the totally honest Gen. Lee handed his sword over tp Gen. Grant to bring an end to the Cival War and that is sad too. They thought they were on a mission for good. It has pretty much screwed up and it wasn't supposed to go that way. they never thought that was possible. so he can work on putting it behind him and hunt down in that texas scrubland he lives in. yuk. o wonder how laura will handle her life when the damn mess ends and Hillary or, darkhorse Gingrich steps forth. Forget Fred Thompson.
