first do all the glossing then roller depending on size of house 1and half days

I could spray the entire inside of the house within a few hours after taping and papering.

If you live in the house, use a roller and a brush for the trimwork. If it is a new home, then most painters use a spray gun.

Spray is the fastest. Don't forget to mask the trim first!

Spray then backroll. Also if your saving time...paint the trim the same as the walls.
