Let's see:
1) A pre operative transexual woman (still biologically a man but identifies as a woman) can impregnate a biological woman.
2) A post operative transexual woman (born biologically a man but now a woman) can't, since she doesn't have a penis or testicles anymore.
3) A preoperative transexual man (born biologically a woman, but identifies as a man) can get pregnant from vaginal sex with a man.
4) A post operative transexual man (born biol. woman but has had the surgery to have male outer sexual organs) can't, since there is no more a vagina.
I hope this helps.

Nope.. all the parts and pieces are for show. Many times, they don't even have real good sensations in the areas that were operated on, which is unfortunate for them.

Only pre-op, pre-hormone transsexuals can do either one. After hormones, and especially after the bottom surgery, transsexuals are sterile.
