Yes but you would have to wear a great sweater under the suit coat...I love that look clean! But otherwise the tie if you are wearing a shirt...Also is this a uptight company...if so go with the tie.

It's certainly traditional to wear a tie to an interview, but in today's fashion it certainly isn't necessary. If it's a powerful suit and you look good in it, confident, then who needs a tie?

Maybe if you're an NBA coach. They always seem to go with the no tie look and the suit.

If it is any type of professional(i.e.office)
position,
then you better wear a tie.
