I shudder to think that people out in the world think scoring poorly in any course is a measure of stupidity.
Stupidity and intelligence is all relative. But disregarding this for a section, the mere fact that you are doing "well" in other subjects clearly points out that you are NOT stupid. Some students are not good at math, and subsequently do not score high in math courses.
Maybe a good plan would be to stop thinking about "stupidity" and focusing on how you can do better in the next semester :)

When it comes to math, you're usually either good at it, or not. Algebra is something different, though. It's almost a foreign language to some people, with letters in it. That's how some people look at it, as another language. And they automatically give up. If someone honestly tries, and can't handle it, then that's all that can really be asked. Not everyone can be Albert Einstein.

Well, I think you should be able to pass college algebra if you're doing that well otherwise. I don't think you're stupid...you're probably just a memorizer. As you go through college, you'll learn to rely more on thinking/reasoning than just plain memorizing. I used to be a memorizer, but subjects like calculus, organic chemistry, etc require you to be able to think and reason things out. Memorizing will only cut it for so long. Trust me, I learned this hard lesson with organic chemistry.

Nope.
There are many ways to explain everything, and advanced math is especially like that. Can you try retaking it from a different instructor/at a different school?

Not at all. It just means that it's a challenge that you'll need to work through. Perhaps get tutoring or help from other students.

No, it just means that the classes you are taking in your school are a bit easier than most other schools.
