I keep seeing people who have the green chairs that they can sit on at any time. They told me they got it in a quest on Maple Island, but i've completed every quest on Maple Island (i think), and I still didn't get the chair. How do you get it?

got a quest tat is when a npc wan u to collect him some screw or wood, the reward is the chair

U get the chair when u complete the garbage quest then after u complete the quest u have to talk to him agian and u will get a chair
